IS THER ANY RESTRICTION TO THE KIN OF HOUSE I/WE CAN BUILD?
You are only permitted to build approved residential building within the area designated for such and commercial buildings where designated.
NOTE: High rise buildings and Tenament houses (Face-me-I-face-you) is NOT permitted but blocks of flats, bungalows and detached houses (duplexes) and storey's buildings. All the building designs should conform to the required set back of the building control of the estate. The design would be approved by the company & state government afterwards.
WHAT IS THE PLOT SIZE IN YOUR ESTATE?
Nice Plot is 300sqm, Classic Plot is 450sqm & Standard Plot is 600sqm.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LESSER OR BIGGER PLOT SIZE ALLOCATED TO ME IS DIFFERENT FROM MY CHIOCE ?
When lesser plot size allocated, the company pays you back the different but when bigger plot size allocated, you pay the company the balance.
WHAT OTHER PAYMENT DO I MAKE ASIDE THE COST OF LAND?
Cost of allocation fee: Nice & Classic Plot N20,000. Standard & Master Plot N30,000 (plot demarcation and clearing per plot) and is subject to review. Documentation fee:............... (Survey and legal deeds per plot) and Development Levy............... Varies from one location to another. The costs are yet to be determined due to unexpected price review by the government & professional bodies involved and are subject to review.
WHEN DO I MAKE OTHER PAYMENTS?
the allocation fee is payable after payment for land before physical allocation. Documentation fee & Developmental levyy can be paid cash or installment.
NOTE: "No converting of payment to other product(s)".
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?
All interested subscribers are advised to go for physical site inspection. filled the application form, affixed the recent passport photograph(s), signed and dated.
HOW DO I MAKE MY PAYMENT FOR THE LAND?
All payments should be made only in favour of HEYDAY HOMES & PROPERTIES designated bank account in cash, cheque/draft.
NOTE: No payment should be made to any staff, Consultant/referral to the company. Any payment made not in favour of the company is at the payers risk and this company shall not be responsible for any loss.
WHAT WILL I GET AFTER INITIAL DEPOSIT?
Starters pack comprising your payment reciept, photocopy of your filled land application form and a letter of acknowledgement of subscription.
WHAT DO I GET AFTER COMPLETED PAYMENT IS MADE FOR THE LAND?
A completion payment receipt and an allocation notification letter. Deed of assignment and survey plan after physical allocation is done, that is, if you have payed for it.
CAN I RE-SELL MY PROPERTY?LAND?
Yes, a subscriber can re-sell his/her plot(s) and give the company HEYDAY HOMES & PROPERTIES details of the buyer. Transfer documentation fee shall be paid to the company through the buyer depending the location.
WHEN DEFAULTED, WHAT HAPPENS?
You will pay 20% of the monthly installment charge OR demand for change for payment plan before your duration closed to continue.
